You will be alright.

Some days are messy and might not make any sense to you at all. Monday is known to be such a day. Getting back to work after a weekend is hard and can bring some blues along. You will probably pass through the minutes and wait for the day to end. And that is okay. Take things at your own pace.There’s no rush. You don’t have to figure out everything today itself. We have got a week to ourselves. So, don’t be hard on yourself. Look forward to better days. Friday might just be around the corner! 

However, we know that going through the lows and waiting for the highs can be extremely tiring.  But remember, life’s not a race; you’ve got to eat, rest and sleep in between too. So, take a deep breath today. And exhale slowly. Feel the weight of all that’s been worrying you leave your body. Practice mindfulness in each breath and fall into the rhythm of your body.

And, if you are reading this, know that no storm lasts forever. If all you did today was survive, that’s okay too.
