We’ll be your F.R.I.E.N.D today and just like Joey ask you ”How you doin?” Is this week not treating you like you wanted it to? Is there’s something that just doesn’t feel right? Or are you simply not feeling like yourself? Was getting up today was a task for you? Or are you feeling all of the above and more? Sometimes, we feel a lot of heavy emotions but don’t know where they are rooted from. But to let these heavy emotions go we must understand their root cause. And we are here to help you with just that.

You need motivation if there’s a goal that you want to achieve but you just can’t seem to gather up the determination and discipline to work for it. Today, don’t listen to the excuses that your minds gives you and just do something that will bring you a step closer to your goals.
If you’re feeling a little conscious of yourself and your insecurities are showing up now and then, then maybe you need some love. But should we be dependent on others to give us that love? No, we should give it to ourselves.
If you feel drained all day and find it hard to get done with your daily tasks, you might be low on energy. To energise yourself you need not remove anything from your to-do list. Instead, add something that sparks a light in you.
If you think you aren’t succeeding at something, take a step back to analyse if you are giving it the focus it needs you to give. In cases like these, it’s sometimes important to ensure you are not multitasking.
