Have things been a little off lately?
Or didn’t go according to your plan?
But that’s okay.
We are all going on a journey
with its own set of ups and downs.
Sometimes more ups than downs
and sometimes the other way round.
But all of it becomes easier
when we are surrounded by people who love and care for us.
It makes it easier when you
share the burden with someone.
You don’t have to go alone on this ride,
take someone along.
Humans are called social beings.
And the reason behind that is,
we cannot be isolated for long.
It had a negative impact on our mind and health.
So, during difficult times boost yourself
by having people around.
Have good company,
it can be your friends, siblings,
family, or pets.
Or anyone you love.
You must have noticed how you
become more relaxed in their company.
Do things together.
It can be any activity you all love to do.
Read with them.
Watch a happy movie.
Cook a meal.
Or take out.
Whatever it is that helps you release those happy hormones in your body.
Because when life gets tight, you make yourself alright!
